Travel and Transportation

The best airport to fly into is Seoul Incheon International Airport (ICN). From the airport, getting into the city is easy via airport limousine buses, taxis, or the Airport Railroad Express (AREX). Seoul also has an excellent public transportation system, making it simple to get around the city using subways and buses. Ride share programs (like Uber and Lyft) cannot operate in Korea due to safety restrictions, however, you can requested licensed taxis in Seoul via the Uber App.

If you are traveling via subway, the venue is a about a 7 minute walk (500 meters) from Exit 3 of Anguk Station (Line 3). If you are traveling via bus, the closest available stop is the “Changdeokgung” stop, available on routes: 109, 151, 162, 171, 172, 272, 601, 7025

For local guests who are driving, there is parking available at “Hyundai Gyedong Office Building Parking Lot – “West Gate Entrance” (closest option) as well as Anguk Station Exit 4 Parking Lot.

Additionally, please note that beginning January 1, 2027, US travelers will need a Korean - Electronic Travel Authorization K-ETA to travel to South Korea. For travelers from the US, we recommend you review the travel requirements and advisories on the State Department website.

Stay

Our venue is in the Bukchon Hanok Village in Seoul, right next to the Changdeokgung Palace. This area is one of Seoul’s most historic neighborhoods, centrally located and easily accessible by public transportation, with many nearby hotels and traditional hanok stays to choose from.
